Fentanyl Addiction Treatment
Fentanyl is far stronger than other opioids, and today it is pressed into fake pills and mixed into other drugs. Many people never chose it. If fentanyl has a hold on you or someone you love, every day matters. We can help you take the first step today, confidentially.
Signs of fentanyl addiction
Because fentanyl is so potent, dependence builds quickly and the line between use and emergency is thin. Take these signs seriously.
In the body
- Extreme drowsiness, nodding off mid-sentence
- Slow or shallow breathing after using
- Severe sickness, sweating, and anxiety between uses
- Needing more, more often, just to hold off withdrawal
In daily life
- Pills that do not come from a pharmacy
- Foil, straws, or unexplained powders
- Pulling away from family, work, and everything else
- Money problems that appeared out of nowhere
Emergency signs: call 911
- Breathing that is very slow, gurgling, or stopped
- Blue or gray lips and fingertips
- Cannot be woken up by voice or touch
- Give naloxone (Narcan) if you have it, and call 911 first
How we treat fentanyl addiction
Fentanyl recovery starts with getting through withdrawal safely, then rebuilding a life that does not need the drug. We coordinate the medical side and provide the treatment, in one connected plan.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Our most structured level: full treatment days, up to five days a week, home each night. The right landing spot straight out of detox, when relapse risk is highest.
Learn moreIntensive Outpatient (IOP)
Multiple sessions weekly with day, evening, and weekend options. Craving management, overdose education, and relapse prevention while you get back to work and family.
Learn moreOutpatient & Aftercare
Weekly therapy and alumni support that keep recovery anchored long after the hardest weeks are over.
Learn moreDual Diagnosis Care
Pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression often sit underneath opioid use. We treat them together with the addiction, so relief does not have to come from a pill.
Learn moreAbout detox and safety: fentanyl withdrawal is severe, and medically supervised detox is usually needed first. We do not provide detox on site, but we help you find the right one and coordinate your admission with us for the day you finish. Where medication-assisted treatment (MAT) fits, we coordinate with outside prescribers. Please keep naloxone (Narcan) nearby, and if you ever suspect an overdose, call 911 immediately. Naloxone buys time; it does not replace the ambulance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else? Call us, day or night.
Do you provide fentanyl detox?
Not on site. Fentanyl withdrawal is severe and deserves medical supervision, so we help you find the right medically supervised detox and coordinate your admission to our program for the day you finish. One call to us starts both.
I only took pills. Could I really be dealing with fentanyl?
It is very possible. Most counterfeit pills sold as oxycodone, Percocet, or Xanax today contain fentanyl. If your pills do not come from a pharmacy, treat them as fentanyl. That is not meant to scare you; it is meant to get you the right help.
What should I do if someone overdoses?
Call 911 immediately. If you have naloxone (Narcan), give it while you wait, and stay with the person. California law protects people who call 911 to report an overdose in good faith. Then, when the crisis has passed, call us. An overdose survived is a door to treatment.
Do you offer Suboxone or methadone?
We do not prescribe them ourselves. We coordinate medication-assisted treatment with outside prescribers and provide medication monitoring support alongside therapy. Many of our clients use MAT, and we treat it as recovery, not as cheating.
How fast can I start?
Often the same day you call. Admissions is answered 24/7, insurance verification is free and usually takes minutes, and we will map out detox, treatment, or both on that first call.
Does insurance cover fentanyl treatment?
Most major PPO and HMO plans cover it. We verify your benefits for free with no obligation. We do not accept Medi-Cal at this time.
