Cocaine Addiction Treatment
Plenty of people with a cocaine problem still make it to work every morning. From the outside, life looks fine. Inside, the crashes get deeper, the money goes faster, and the off switch stops working. You do not have to lose everything before you get help. Discreet outpatient care in Glendora.
Signs cocaine is becoming a problem
The line between recreational use and addiction is usually crossed quietly. These are the signs it has been crossed.
In the pattern
- "Just weekends" turning into weeknights
- Never saving any; whatever is there gets finished
- Needing it to socialize, work late, or feel confident
- Promising yourself a break and not taking one
In the body and mood
- Crashes with deep fatigue, low mood, and irritability
- Insomnia, racing heart, or chest tightness
- Frequent nosebleeds or constant sniffing
- Anxiety and paranoia that arrive with the comedown
In your life
- Money vanishing with little to show for it
- Hiding use from a partner or coworkers
- Mood swings your family walks on eggshells around
- Losing interest in things that used to matter
How we treat cocaine addiction
Cocaine recovery is mostly about breaking the crash-and-crave cycle and treating what the drug was doing for you: energy, confidence, escape. Outpatient care is a natural fit, because most of our cocaine clients keep working while they get well.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Full days of therapy, up to five days a week, home each night. For when use has escalated hard and you need to interrupt the cycle decisively.
Learn moreIntensive Outpatient (IOP)
Day, evening, and weekend options that fit around a career. Craving management, trigger mapping (paydays, parties, stress), and relapse prevention that works in the real world.
Learn moreOutpatient & Aftercare
Weekly therapy and alumni support, because the risky moments, promotions, breakups, celebrations, keep coming long after treatment ends.
Learn moreDual Diagnosis Care
Cocaine often covers for anxiety, depression, or untreated ADHD. We treat the whole picture, so confidence and energy stop depending on a substance.
Learn moreA note on safety: cocaine withdrawal is mostly emotional rather than medically dangerous, so most people can start outpatient treatment right away, no detox required. But cocaine itself is hard on the heart. Chest pain during or after use is a 911 call, not something to sleep off. And if the post-use crash brings thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else? Call us, day or night.
I only use on weekends. Do I really need treatment?
Ask yourself two honest questions: can you take a month off without white-knuckling it, and is the amount growing? If the answers worry you, a confidential call costs nothing. Weekend patterns are often where addiction hides longest.
Do I need detox to quit cocaine?
Usually not. Cocaine withdrawal is mostly a crash: fatigue, low mood, strong cravings. It is rough but rarely medically dangerous, so most people start directly in outpatient treatment. If your use is heavy or mixed with alcohol or other drugs, we will assess whether medical support should come first and help coordinate it.
Can I keep my job during treatment?
That is the point of outpatient care. IOP runs day, evening, and weekend tracks, and nobody hears about your treatment from us. Your privacy is protected by federal law (42 CFR Part 2) and HIPAA.
What about the crash when I stop?
The first week or two can bring exhaustion, low mood, and cravings. We schedule around it: more support up front, help with sleep and routine, and a plan for the moments cravings spike. If dark thoughts show up, call or text 988 right away, then let your therapist know.
Is treatment different if I use crack?
The therapy foundations are similar, but the patterns and intensity differ, so we treat it distinctly. See our crack cocaine treatment page, or just call: one conversation and we will point you to the right plan.
Does insurance cover cocaine addiction treatment?
Most major PPO and HMO plans cover it. We verify your benefits for free, usually in minutes, with no obligation. We do not accept Medi-Cal at this time.
