- 1We are on E. Route 66 on the east side of Glendora, south of the 210 freeway and near Foothill Presbyterian Hospital.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and we are glad to give you a tour. That said, calling ahead means the right person is ready for you when you arrive, especially for assessments and same-day admissions.
Which suite do I go to, and where do I park?
Check in at Suite 103 at 1340 E. Route 66. Parking is available on site.
What happens after I submit the callback form?
An admissions specialist calls you back, usually within the hour during business hours. The call is confidential, there is no pressure, and if you asked about insurance we can verify your benefits on that same call for free.
Can I contact you in Spanish?
