Mental Health Treatment

Emotional distress is not a defect. It is usually an understandable response to what life has asked of you. Our afternoon mental health program helps you reconnect with yourself, at your pace, without judgment.

How our program works

The mental health program meets in the afternoons, in a small, family-style setting. Care is built around individual therapy, group therapy, and expressive approaches like art therapy, with mindfulness and grounding woven through.

If substance use has become part of how you cope, we treat it together with your mental health as dual diagnosis care, with one team and one plan.

Levels of care range from PHP for daily structure, to IOP that fits around work and school, to weekly outpatient sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else? Call us, day or night.

Do you treat mental health without a substance problem?

Yes. Our afternoon mental health program stands on its own, and you do not need a substance use issue to enroll. Many clients come to us for anxiety, depression, trauma, or another condition alone. If substance use is part of the picture, we treat both together as dual diagnosis care.

What conditions do you treat?

Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, OCD, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, and dissociative identity disorder, along with the ways they overlap. Every plan starts with a private assessment, and care is built around you, not a label.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, we do not prescribe on site. If medication belongs in your plan, we coordinate closely with your prescriber, or help you connect with one, and our program supports the routines that help medication do its job. Therapy is the core of what we do.

You do not have to do this alone.
