Has it been too difficult to fit an IOP around your schedule? While a daytime IOP does offer flexibility, it is still during the day – when so many of us have work, school, or other responsibilities. Here at Glendora Recovery Center, we want to be able to help as many people as possible. That’s just one of the reasons we’re beginning our evening intensive outpatient treatment center program.

Our evening IOP has all of the same treatments as our daytime IOP does. In fact, there are other benefits to going to an IOP during the evening.

An IOP That Makes It Easier for You to Work

For those entrenched in the demands of a full-time day job, the fear of jeopardizing employment can be a significant deterrent from seeking addiction treatment. With our evening IOP, you can work during the day and get the treatment you need. Instead of having to duck out from work, go on leave, or anything of that nature, you can make the money you need for you and yours while making sure that you receive the care you need.

By offering sessions after working hours, individuals can seamlessly integrate recovery efforts into their daily routines. This removes the anxiety of income loss and allows them to focus on healing without the specter of financial instability.

Care for the Kids During the Day, Care for You in the Evening

For those entrusted with the care of children during the day, attending a standard addiction treatment program might seem logistically impossible. With our evening IOP, you can share childcare duties with partners or family members. That way, you can ensure essential responsibilities are not neglected while embarking on the path to recovery.

We understand how important your family is to you. Indeed, here at GRC, we have a family-like atmosphere. As such, we structure our evening IOP so that you can be there for who matters most.

An Evening of Positive, Healthy Education and More

Here in SoCal, the stresses of navigating traffic, interacting with colleagues and superiors, and managing childcare responsibilities can be so much to deal with (to say the very least).

Evening IOP sessions, then, become a sanctuary for individuals to engage with counselors, processing and releasing the accumulated stress of the day. This therapeutic approach enables individuals to return home with a lighter mental load and establish a healthy evening routine conducive to sustained recovery.

Moreover, attending an evening IOP aids in developing healthy habits. Individuals grappling with addiction often turn to substances as a coping mechanism after a taxing day at work. The structured support provided by evening sessions disrupts this unhealthy cycle, empowering participants to recondition their minds and bodies.

By choosing healthier activities after work, individuals can replace destructive habits with constructive ones, paving the way for lasting recovery.

The Doors are Open at Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Treatment Center

At our evening IOP, we work with you to make a schedule that fits your exact, specific needs. That way, you can receive the care of a customized treatment plan on a schedule that’s tailored just right for you and all of the responsibilities that you have in life.

If you’ve been thinking that an IOP might be right for you, we encourage you to reach out to us. Even if it’s just to learn more information, you may find that it’s just right for you. We can’t tell you how many people contacted us for more info only to find that there was a treatment for them that enabled them to live how they wanted to live.

You can reach us through our site or by calling.

Dr. Moses Nasser, MD

Dr. Moses Nasser has a double board certification in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. His experience in addiction medicine goes back to when he started meditating in medical school over 20 years ago. The adventure of spiritual growth that followed led to the study and use of holistic healing, music for meditation and healing, guided meditation, and guided imagery, and understanding the deep physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual reasons that we turn to addictive substances and behaviors. This led to a medical weight loss practice where he integrated a complete mindfulness program for emotional eating and food addiction.
