Harpinder is a yoga teacher (RYT-500), mindfulness educator, and community builder living on Tongva Land (LA). Her practice is rooted in her spiritual background of Sikhism and Buddhism and ancestral roots in Panjab, India – this informs her desire to teach yoga authentically as a spiritual practice. Teaching since 2018 and practicing since 2013, she teaches in a way to help people mindfully connect to their bodies with curious awareness, to bring a sense of healing peace, and stillness, and to create more meaning in their lives.

She has watched many people in her family struggle with alcohol and substance disorders and that prompted her to want to make a positive impact where she can and led her to the Glendora Recovery Center. Harpinder knows this healing journey requires self-awareness, discipline, determination, and faith. She strives to bring mindful compassion when working with clients to help them build physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual strength through yoga.
