Amanda is a Registered Addictions Counselor, pursuing her Associates degree, at Mount San Antonio College. She has met the credentialing requirements of the California Association of Alcohol/Drug Educators and the California Consortium of Addiction Program. She entered the addiction field, with a passion to help others and do a job she loves. Her personal experiences in recovery, including participating in treatment, and over 4 years of sobriety, drive her to continue to educate, train, learn and grow with ever changing, addictions, dual/mental illnesses, and multi-faceted drug and alcohol world. Amanda is prepared to guide clients to new ways of thinking, new tools to utilize in daily life stressors, and prepare clients to better participate in life, and achieve, not only sobriety, but mental health, fulfilment and ultimately, purpose. Amanda’s goal is to help her clients see hope, reach their personal goals, repair and create, new healthy relationships, and get their lives back on track, along with continued sobriety.
